Our Policy

Anime4Soul respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

What We Do and Don't Do

• Anime4Soul does not host any video content on its servers.
• All videos are embedded from external third-party providers (e.g., streaming APIs).
• We display metadata (titles, descriptions, images) sourced from public anime databases (MyAnimeList, TMDB).
• We do not profit from distributing copyrighted video content.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) on our site.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and true, under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

What Happens After You Submit

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the reported content within 48–72 hours.
• Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).
• Document the takedown for our records.

Please note: We can only remove content that is hosted on our platform. For embedded third-party videos, you must also contact the hosting provider directly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
